We had the best time with Melissa and Ryan during their San Francisco engagement session. My favorite moments are unrehearsed, just like this one. I love Melissa’s natural reaction to close her eyes and smile as her fiance kissed her on the cheek. P.S. This was one of our favorite locations – Baker Beach with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge in the background.

After we said our goodbyes and all the wedding guests went back to their rooms at Tenaya Lodge, I took one last photo of the night sky over Yosemite.
 I met Ashley and Suleymen for the first time in the waiting room at the Turkish Consulate in Los Angeles, minutes before their wedding ceremony. They had flown all the way from their native Turkey to get married in the city of angels. The bride looked stunning in a white gown made for the red carpet; the groom a movie star from Hollywood’s golden age.
After their short ceremony, we walked to LACMA where we took some more photos. Around the corner from the entrance we spied the Oscar statuette.

Instead of a traditional guest book, Darren and Nate chose paper ornaments that their guests then hung up on a miniature Christmas tree. Perfect for their holiday wedding! Merry Christmas!
