The Mardi Gras revelry continued throughout the night of Kelsey and Josh’s wedding at the Ebell Club of Highland Park. Many of the guests wore colorful costumes and masks. The bride and groom danced their first dance but that was the only traditional aspect of their reception. Kelsey and Josh did observe Mardi Gras tradition and elected a Mardi Gras court. The king and queen, le roi and la reine, were of course the newlyweds themselves.
