Windy City Wedding | Swissotel Chicago

Susan and Josh are one of the sweetest couples I have ever met. I had been looking forward to their wedding since their fun engagement session.

What I love most about this bride and groom is their sense of fun.

Since the wedding was in Chicago, Michael and I didn’t get a chance to scout the area until the day before their wedding. We found a couple of great spots for photos near the Swissotel.

Susan and Josh love the city so we wanted to capture images that said Chicago. We got lucky with a gust of wind at just the right time.

While the bride gets ready downtown, the groom gets dressed in their apartment. He and the groomsmen practice the songs they’ll be playing during the reception. The cat approves.
